Essendo un designer influenzato dalla natura, era abbastanza logico che James Heeley fosse affascinato dal mondo dei profumi. È stato in Francia, attraverso il suo lavoro di designer, che il giovane inglese ha scoperto come vengono "progettati" e realizzati i profumi.
