The purchase of Products offered for sale on the RAFINAD Parfumerie Website (hereinafter the "the Site") is governed by these General Terms of Sale. These terms shall apply to the exclusion of all other terms, particularly those applicable to sales in stores. Rafiand s.r.o. may amend or update these General Terms of Sale at any time.
To order a Products offered on the Site, the Purchaser is required to read and expressly accept these General Terms and Conditions for Sale, without conditioning this acceptance by a handwritten signature.
These General Terms of Sale define the procedures by which the Rafinad s.r.o. will sell Products to the Purchaser, and the rights and obligations of the Parties arising out of the on-line sale of Products offered on the Site. They define all the stages required for placing the order and they monitor this order between the Parties.

The Site allows Rafinad s.r.o. to offer perfumes and cosmetics (hereinafter the "Products") for sale to Internet users on the Site.
Products offered for sale by Rafinad s.r.o. are sold within the limits of available stocks. Rafinad s.r.o. reserves the right to change, at any time and without notice, Products offered for sale on the Site.
Rafinad s.r.o. cannot guarantee that the information listed on the packaging of Products is translated into all the languages of the European Union. However, this information is available at least in language of origin.
All orders made on the Site are reserved for private individuals and for "end-purchaser" businesses. Products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy, and with statement of their essential characteristics.
The prices of Products are shown in euro currency. Prices are shown inclusive of tax and excluding handling and shipping costs.
Rafinad s.r.o. reserves the right to change, at any time and without notice, the prices of Products offered for sale on the Site. Products are invoiced based on the prices shown on the Site at the time when you make your order, subject to availability of Products ordered at that time.
Apart from the cases of refund provided hereinafter, Rafinad s.r.o. shall not refund any sales tax charged on purchases made on the Site (even where the Purchaser, upon receipt, ships Products onwards to a third country outside the European Union).
Any order made on the Site must be paid for immediately at the time of placing your order. Your order is shipped only after checking your method of payment and upon receipt of authorization to charge your card.
The payment can be made by Credit card, Debit card, or Invoice (Faktura).
The payment by invoice (Faktura) can be made in Euro or Czech koruna. To make this type of payment contact us directly by e-mail at or by calling + 420 352 200 873. Commissions and fees of purchaser’s bank, which occur during a money transfer, must be paid by the purchaser.
The Site uses a secure e-payment transactions tool that is provided by PayPal service for payments by credit or debit card. When you make your payment, you will be asked to follow an identification process in order to confirm the payment request. The information requested during the identification process varies depending on which bank issued the card. In the event of a problem, please contact the organization that issued your payment card.
Products can be subject of promotion, when the Purchaser should use special promotion codes. In case you have problems, you should double-check the expiry date of your promotional code. Also, make sure that it is in the correct case and enter your code without spaces. Try clearing the cache on your computer. If your code works you will see a message indicating that your voucher has been registered. Codes are not cumulative, so if you have several, only one can be used for your order. Once order is complete, your order is forwarded to Rafiand s.r.o. for processing. You may modify or cancel the order by contacting us directly by e-mail at or by calling + 420 352 200 873.
RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE
Upon delivery of the order, you must check the conformity and the status of your package in the presence of the carrier and notice all relevant concerns about apparent defects (missing Product, damaged package).
You are invited to contact us by e-mail or by calling + 420 352 200 873 within 14 calendar days of receipt. Except for legitimate reasons, any claim beyond this period will be considered inadmissible.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Unsatisfying product.
In case the purchaser no longer want one or more of products ordered, the purchaser can return it/them in within 14 calendar days of receipt. Returned items must be in their original condition and complete to enable them to be re-marketed as new.
Returned items must enclose a copy of the purchase invoice to optimize processing and must be shipped to our shop address :

Only items returned in their original state will be accepted and refunded.
The payment card or the bank account that you used to pay for the order will be refunded, within 14 days of the date we receive the package.
Shipping costs are not refunded, in case the return reason is due to unsatisfying product.
2. Faulty item or an error on our part.
The purchaser has to contact us by e-mail at or by calling + 420 352 200 873 to jointly determine whether the purchaser wants a new item or a refund.
Faulty items must be shipped to our shop address and must enclose a copy of the purchase invoice for further investigation. If it is proven that the item condition is faulty, we will proceed with refund with coverage of shipping costs. The amount of shipping costs and the refund will be transferred with the refund, within 14 days of the date we receive the package.
Bank commissions and fees are not refunded.
Dispatch time is a maximum of 48 working hours (from Monday to Friday). This time corresponds to the time taken to prepare your order at our depot (destocking, checking, preparation of the package, packing, etc.).
Standard shipping with tracking number are sent via Czech Post - Česká Pošta. For other international and express delivery options, please, contact us at: email@example.com.
Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference and will commence from the shipping date; we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
If your country is not shown, contact us to check whenever the delivery could be done. As soon as an order is shipped to address used in an order form, the Purchaser would be provided a tracking number for his/her package.
Delivery prices are automatically calculated when you place your order, according to the country selected.
FREE shipping on orders over 100€ within European Union.
Shipping cost starts from 10€ on orders under 100€ within European Union.
Shipping cost starts from 10€ on all orders to countries outside of European Union.
Any duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Rafinad s.r.o. is only bound by an obligation of means. The Purchaser is the sole judge of how suitable and appropriate the articles he orders are to his needs and use.
Rafinad s.r.o. cannot be held liable for any use of Products that is not in compliance with their intended purpose.
Rafinad s.r.o. does not warrant that the Site shall be available on a permanent basis, without temporary interruption, without suspension or without error.
Liability cannot be accepted by Rafinad s.r.o. for technical issues related to the website www.rafinadparfumerie.com.
Rafinad s.r.o. allows itself to cancel an order if the price or the quantity of some products falsified for any technical reason independent of its will.
No Party shall be responsible for non-performance in whole or in part of its obligations under this contract, if such non-performance is caused by an event constituting an event of force majeure.
The Party claiming an event constituting force majeure shall notify the other Party within five working days of the occurrence or threat of this event.
The Parties agree that they shall consult as soon as possible to jointly determine the methods for processing the order during the period of the event of force majeure.
ENTIRETY OF THE CONTRACT
These General Terms and Conditions for Sale and the order summary sent to the Purchaser form an entire contract, and constitute the entire contractual relationship entered into between the Parties.
In the event of a contradiction between these documents, the General Terms and Conditions for Sale shall prevail. These General Terms and Conditions for Sale and the contractual relationship between the Rafiand s.r.o. and the Purchaser are subject to European and Czech law.
Under these conditions, no one is authorized to reproduce, use, disseminate or use the intellectual property rights in any capacity whatsoever, even partially, without the prior written consent of the Rafinad s.r.o..
Rafinad s.r.o. trademarks and logos are registered trademarks. Any reproduction is therefore an infringement.
The intellectual property rights attached to Products sold on the Site shall remain the exclusive property of its rightful owners.
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
