L.T. Piver Nohiba Extrait de Parfum 100 ml Dark • Deep • Oriental In 1868, Alphonse Piver composed Nohiba for a Europe then captivated by lost civilizations. In an era when essences were named for their power to stir the imagination rather than for their origin, its name echoes like a forgotten tale. The formula was jealously preserved in the House’s archives for more than a century and a half. While cinnamon, rose and leather trace the path of Nohiba, it is a black vanilla, born of an ancestral curing of the pod, that reveals its true signature. Far from the gourmand image of vanillin, vanilla absolute here converses with every note. Spicy, it extends the radiance of the cinnamon. Leathery, it embraces the dark, sensual patina of the leather. Ambery, it melts into the warmth of the amber. Woody, it joins frankincense and papyrus to give the whole composition its depth. Born in 1868, Nohiba shares its birth year with Ducos du Hauron's color photography. The design adorning this bottle pays tribute to the Inca people, their refined art and the remarkable legacy of their civilization. Top notes Mandarin, Cinnamon Heart notes Rose, Frankincense (Olibanum), Leather Base notes Vanilla, Amber, Papyrus Origin: Ingredients mainly sourced from Grasse and Italy. Extrait de Parfum 30%
